AI allowance
AI with a fixed allowance. Not unlimited, but honest.
Every AI request costs compute time. That's why every seat comes with a monthly token allowance for Mistral Large 4. The allowances of all seats go into one shared pool for the whole organisation. Simple tasks run on Mistral Small 4 and count as a fifth.

Non-profits and startups with a 50 percent discount get half the allowance. Unused tokens expire at the end of the month.

Packages are valid for twelve months for the whole organisation. At 80 percent you get a notification; at 100 percent the AI stops until the month resets or a package is bought. Automatic top-up only with an upper limit.
- 1 million tokens is enough for around 400 requests, such as writing, summarising or translating text.
- Or for around 50 summaries of one-hour meetings.

How is pricing calculated?
Every product has its own individual price. From the second product onwards there's a bundle discount: the most expensive product costs full price, the second 35 percent less, the third 55 percent less, and from the eighth onwards 80 percent less. If your selection becomes more expensive than the suite, the suite price of €51.00 applies. Enterprise costs €63.80, each per user and month with annual billing, before volume discount.
Is the AI unlimited?
No. Every request to a language model costs compute time, so we don't promise "unlimited". Every seat comes with a token allowance for Mistral Large 4, 3 million a month in the suite. The allowances of all seats go into one shared pool for the whole organisation. Simple tasks run on Mistral Small 4 and count as a fifth.
What happens when the AI allowance runs out?
At 80 percent, admins get a notification. At 100 percent, the AI stops, everything else keeps working. From the following month, the allowance is full again. Anyone who needs more can buy a top-up package, from €35.00 for 10 million tokens, or set up automatic top-ups with an upper limit.
Is Free really free?
Yes, permanently and with no credit card. Free is exclusively for private, non-professional use and comes without a DPA. Anyone using the suite professionally, whether as a company, association or public authority, needs a paid licence.
Are the prices net or gross?
The prices on this page are net. Businesses pay them plus VAT; with a valid VAT ID from another EU country, the reverse charge applies. Consumers pay the gross price including 19% VAT, so €60.69 instead of €51.00 a month for the suite.
What do students pay?
Free applies to students too and goes a long way. Anyone who needs more takes Student Plus for €4.90 a month: all available products for personal use, with higher limits not just on AI but also on scope, meaning storage, version history and allowances. Proof via a university or school email address.
From when does volume discount apply?
From 25 paid users, 5 percent; from 100 users, 10 percent; from 250 users, 15 percent. From 1,000 users, 20 percent. The discount applies to individual products, bundles and the suite. Just under a threshold, you pay at most the amount of the next tier.
What does Enterprise cost?
From €63.80 per user and month before volume discount, from 250 users. A dedicated instance is available on request. Operation in your own data centre is planned.
What does the migration cost?
One-click move is intended to be included in every paid tier. The importers are still in preparation. Which sources are planned for each product is listed on the One-click move page. From 100 users, someone from the team is intended to support the migration, with a project plan in the Enterprise contract.
Do I pay for guests?
No. Guests in EU Meet don't need an account. External participants in EU Chat and shared notes don't count as users.
What happens if I cancel?
Full export is available from day one and remains accessible for 30 days after the contract ends.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Monthly billing costs 20 percent more, so annual billing saves around 17 percent. Monthly contracts can be cancelled at the end of any month.
