Your data is meant to come across, with a trial run, parallel operation and no fixed cutover date. Honestly: the importers haven't been built yet. This shows, per product, which services migration is planned from and what's meant to come across.

Sources per product

The providers listed here are the sources your data is meant to come across from. Every product carries a status. Migration isn't available for any of them today.

The process

No fixed cutover date, no risk.

Here's how every migration is meant to work, once the importer for a product is ready.

  1. 01

    Trial run

The first import goes into an empty workspace. You see the result before anything goes live. If it's not right, the trial run is discarded and repeated.

  2. 02

    Parallel operation

Both systems run side by side for two to four weeks. Nobody has to switch over on a fixed date, and nobody loses access to the old system.

  3. 03

    Cutover

One last import catches up on the changes since the trial run. The old system is set to read-only, not deleted.

  4. 04

    Wrap-up

You export the old system one last time for your archive. We don't cancel anything on your behalf; that stays your decision.

Support

From 100 users, a person is meant to join in.

No extra cost and no consulting days. Someone from the team is meant to support the trial run, parallel operation and cutover, and be reachable as a guest in your workspace via EU Chat.

Discuss migration

Test first, migrate later.

The trial run is meant to cost nothing and change nothing in your old system. Until the importers are ready, you can start with Free.
